Ten creators, five ways to open a candy bag
A first roster for Kanpai Foods: seven videos per creator each week, built on freeze dried candy, with one number to protect: $1 per 1,000 views.

Five bags of Fruity Pops, one honest taste test
The creator opens the Get a flight to Japan! pack on camera, pours out each bag and says what the crunch sounds like. No health talk, only the sheet.

Summary
| Roster | 10 creators, two added each week | Creators live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. A ramp of six weeks, then the full roster films. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Candy fans who film first bites | Unboxers, crunch ASMR and snack reviewers who open the Fruity Pops, Gummy Worms and Fruity Candy bags. |
| Production | 7 videos per creator per week | At 10 creators that is 303 creator videos a month, across five formats. |
| Pay | Standard: $500 fee, $1,000 cap | Starter $300 fee, $600 cap. Premium $800 fee, $1,500 cap. Bands move with output. |
| Bonus | $50 flat past 100,000 views | One bonus per creator per month, organic views only. Cap bonuses: Starter $300, Standard $500, Premium $700. |
| Compliance | A claims sheet of literal lines | Creators quote the sheet and nothing else. A video that breaks it earns no bonus. |
| Category rule | No health claims on candy | Soy line in the caption, shelf life worded as up to 25 years if properly stored. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | Proposed target. The simulator opens at $5.74 on a cost of $10,050, so the gap is the work. |
| Report | One table every Monday | Videos, views and cost per 1,000 views by creator and format, with the hooks that get cut. |
| Decision | Keep, swap or cut at day ninety | Monthly ceiling is $15,000 with all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid engine next to it. The same playbook goes to Kanpai Foods: creators make the video, paid spend finds the winners, losers are killed early. I have not run candy before, so every category rule here comes from your pages and gets confirmed with your team.

Why now
25 years
A shelf life that works as a hook
The site says freeze drying makes candy last up to 25 years if properly stored. That is a first-second hook for the shelf-life format, worded exactly as written.
Published$4.99
A low price per bag lowers the try-it step
Freeze Dried Fruity Candy and Freeze Dried Gummy Worms both list at $4.99. A creator can buy a bag and film it with no big commitment from a viewer.
Published30 days
A return window takes risk off a first order
Returns within 30 days receive a full refund. For a viewer who has never tried freeze dried candy, creators may say that line word for word.

Part 4 of 15
Principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views, target $1. The simulator opens at $5.74, so every test aims at closing that gap before pay goes up.
One variable per test
Same Freeze Dried Gummy Worms bag, same claim line, one hook changed. Losers killed early, winners go into the hook library.
Claims sheet first
Creators say only what the sheet allows: five 4 oz bags in the Fruity Pops pack, the resealable pouch, up to 25 years if properly stored.
Pay for output, cap the spend
A fee per band, a cap of $1,000 for Standard, a ceiling of $15,000 for ten creators at the top cap. Bonuses only on organic views.

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
DanaMon 8:30 AM
This week: the Get a flight to Japan! pack, five bags. Film the unboxing, pick one hook from the library, change only that. Draft due Wednesday.
RafaTue 10:15 AM
Can I say the Fruity Candy bag stays fresh for years?
Yes, with the sheet wording: up to 25 years if properly stored. Keep the word stored in the sentence.
DanaWed 2:40 PM
Gummy Worms draft is back. The hook lands late and one line about health is not on the claims sheet. Reshoot the opening, keep the crunch close-up.
Pipeline botAppThu 6:05 PM
Video passed 100,000 views on organic reach. Flat $50 bonus logged for Rafa. One bonus per creator per month.
DanaFri 11:00 AM
Before posting: soy note in the caption, product named exactly as on the pack page, Fruity Candy at $4.99. Then you are cleared.
Pipeline botAppMon 8:00 AM
Weekly report posted: videos by format, views, and cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Three hooks flagged to cut.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.
Part 5 of 15
Formats

Brief 01
Unbox the pack
“What is freeze Dried Candy?”
Overhead on a table. Open the Get a flight to Japan! pack, pour the five bags out one by one and name each as it lands.

Brief 02
Crunch close-up
“Totally addictive: Once you start, you won't want to stop”
Macro shot, quiet room, mic near the bag. Bite a Gummy Worm and hold the sound. No talking over the first crunch.

Brief 03
Shelf-life answer
“Freeze drying makes candy last up to 25 years if properly stored!”
Face to camera with a sealed Fruity Candy bag in hand. Read the sheet line, then show how you store it.

Brief 04
Fridge question
“Does freeze dried candy have to be refrigerated?”
Open a cupboard, not a fridge. Answer with the sheet wording, then taste the candy to close the video.

Brief 05
Resealable pouch demo
“Comes in a resealable pouch to protect your candy”
Hands only. Open the bag, take a handful, press the pouch shut, and show it standing on a desk.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Totally addictive: Once you start, you won't want to stop”, “Refreshing and sweet with the perfect balance of tangy flavors”, “Comes in a resealable pouch to protect your candy”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Candy unboxing creators
Search for people who already open mixed candy packs on camera. They know the format and need only a bag and a briefing.
Crunch and ASMR snack channels
Freeze dried candy puffs into a crunchy texture. Creators who film sound have a built-in reason to pick this product up.
Food science and explainer accounts
Your pages explain why candy puffs up when freeze dried. Explainer creators can turn that into a short, repeatable video.
Affiliate or ambassador page
The affiliate or ambassador page was not found on the site, so recruiting starts with a direct message and a one-page brief.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Real candy habit
Their feed already has snacks or candy, posted before this brief existed.
2Sound and light
Clear audio and steady close-ups, because the crunch is the product.
3Reads the claims sheet
Can repeat the sheet lines without adding anything of their own.
4Steady posting
Shows a habit of posting several times a week, not one big week.
5Clean category record
No past posts that sell candy as healthy or aim claims at children.
Part 7 of 15
Who we pick
Candy unboxer
Opens packs on camera and names every flavor. Fits a five-bag pack with room for a reaction.
Likely product: Get a flight to Japan!
Crunch ASMR creator
Films sound close up. The puffed, crunchy texture is the whole video.
Likely product: Freeze Dried Gummy Worms
Snack taste-tester
Rates snacks on a scale and likes a low-cost bag to start with.
Likely product: Freeze Dried Fruity Candy
Science explainer
Explains why candy puffs up under pressure in a short, plain video.
Likely product: Freeze Dried Fruity Candy
Gift and bundle shopper
Shows what comes in a pack and who would get it as a present.
Likely product: Get a flight to Japan!
Dessert and baking creator
Tests how the candy works as a topping or a crunchy add-in.
Likely product: Freeze Dried Gummy Worms
Left off, every time
Always left out: creators who pitch candy as healthy or as a meal replacement, anyone aiming claims at children, accounts with bought followers, and anyone who will not use the claims sheet. Candy rule: no health claims at all.

Closing line, spoken as written
Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
Healthier than regular candy
Nothing on the pages says it. No health comparison is allowed.
Safe for anyone with allergies
The pack page says it is processed in a facility with products that contain soy.
Lasts forever
The pages say up to 25 years, and only if properly stored.
Arrives in two days
Orders are processed in 1-4 business days and USA orders arrive in 8-10 business days.
Replaces a meal or a snack with fruit
It is candy. No nutrition or diet claim is allowed.
Better than every other candy brand
An open comparison with no source on the pages.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Shelf life on the Fruity Pops pack
Pages state 25 years for Fruity Candy and Gummy Worms. Confirm it for the five-bag pack first.
Free shipping line
The page says the order qualifies for free shipping but the threshold was not read. Confirm before creators repeat it.
Full allergen list
Only the soy line was collected. Ask your team for the complete list before creators speak on allergens.

Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
Starter is for new candy creators posting the first unboxings of the Fruity Candy bag.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
Standard is for creators who hold a steady weekly rhythm across the five formats.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
Premium is for creators whose Gummy Worms and Fruity Pops videos hold up on cost per 1,000 views.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
- The bonus is paid per video: one video past 100,000 views earns the flat $50.
- Organic views only. Views bought with spend do not count toward the bonus.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the candy category rule.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
At ten creators the simulator gives 303 videos and 1.8M views, so $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1.00. Either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Two creators a week
Ramp of six weeks up to 10 creators. Claims sheet, hook library and the Monday report are live before the first video goes out.
Month 1
Five formats, one variable each
Standard band: $500 fee, $1,000 cap. Each creator films the five formats, one variable per test. Losers are killed early.
Month 2
Feed the winners
Formats that beat the $1 target get more videos. Weak creators are swapped out. Organic winners go to paid tests with the same hook.
Month 3
Move creators between bands
Strong creators move toward Premium: $800 fee, $1,500 cap. Cost per 1,000 views is measured against the $1 target.
Day ninety
Keep, swap or cut
Each creator is kept, swapped or cut. The simulator numbers sit next to real ones, so the decision is read off one table.
Ceiling
A fixed top
Monthly ceiling is $15,000 with all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded. Bonuses sit on top, one per creator per month.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Pick
Choose organic videos that passed 100,000 views or beat the $1 target. Check that each one follows the claims sheet.
Clear
Get the creator's go-ahead to run the video as an ad. The pay stays the same; the bonus rules do not change.
Test
Run the video against its own hook with one variable changed. Cost per 1,000 views decides, not likes.
Scale
Put more spend behind winners, kill losers early and send the winning hook back into the library.
From the video to the checkout
- Send viewers of the Get a flight to Japan! video to its pack page, listed at $0.99.
- Send Fruity Candy and Gummy Worms videos to their product pages, listed at $4.99.
- Mention free shipping only as the page words it: SHIPPING FREE IN USA.
- Point shelf-minded viewers to the Find A Store button, and retail buyers to Contact/Wholesale.
- Set delivery expectations: orders processed in 1-4 business days, USA orders arrive in 8-10 business days.
Part 15 of 15
Candy rules
Candy rules creators follow
Candy has fewer rules than supplements, but the ones that exist are strict. Every creator signs the same six before the first video, and a break costs the bonus.
No health claims
Candy is a treat. No video calls it healthy, better for you, or a replacement for food. The claims sheet is the whole list of allowed lines.
Soy note in the caption
The pack page says it is processed in a facility with products that contain soy. Every caption carries that note.
Shelf-life wording
Say up to 25 years if properly stored. Never say it lasts forever, and never say it without the storing part.
Delivery as written
Orders are processed in 1-4 business days and USA orders arrive in 8-10 business days. Creators never promise faster.
Label every paid post
A creator who is paid says so in the caption and on screen. Organic views only count toward the $50 bonus.
Nothing aimed at children
No claims or hooks aimed at children. A video that breaks this rule or the sheet is pulled and earns no bonus.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
